These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all transactions carried out via the website www.ayurdore.com, operated by the sole proprietorship Thukral Rinshikha, hereinafter referred to as “Ayurdoré”.
Any order placed on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale by the customer.
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Ayurdoré to consumers residing in France, exclusively within a business-to-consumer (B2C) framework.
2. Products and Availability
The products offered for sale are food products, namely organic plant powders, including moringa and ashwagandha.
Each product is described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product, particularly in terms of packaging or color.
Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website and subject to availability.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery costs are calculated separately and clearly indicated before order confirmation.
Ayurdoré reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices in force at the time the order is placed.
4. Orders
The order is considered firm and final once validated by the customer and after receipt of full payment.
A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the email address provided by the customer.
Ayurdoré reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of payment difficulties, suspected fraud, or abnormal order volumes.
5. Payment
Payment is made by credit card via Shopify Payments, using a secure SSL encryption system.
Ayurdoré does not store any bank card details.
6. Delivery
Delivery area: France only.
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 working days from order confirmation.
Delivery times are provided for indicative purposes only. Any delays caused by the postal service or the carrier cannot be attributed to Ayurdoré.
The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the order.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
However, pursuant to Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food products that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
8. Withdrawal Procedure, Returns and Refunds
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Ayurdoré of their decision by email before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

10. Health and Product Information Disclaimer
The products sold by Ayurdoré are food products and are not medicines.
The information provided on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products are suitable for their personal use and for consulting a healthcare professional in case of doubt, pregnancy, or medical conditions.
11. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer may have free recourse to a consumer mediation mechanism for the amicable resolution of a dispute with Ayurdoré, after having first contacted Ayurdoré directly to attempt an amicable resolution.
12. Liability and Force Majeure
Ayurdoré cannot be held responsible for delays or non-performance resulting from a case of force majeure, as defined by French case law, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or disruptions to transport or supply chains.
13. Applicable Law and Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer and Ayurdoré shall seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings. Failing this, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts in accordance with applicable legal rules.
