Delivery Area

Ayurdoré delivers products to:

• Mainland France
• Countries within the European Union

Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination. Any delivery restrictions are indicated at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours after payment validation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Mainland France: 2 to 4 working days
• European Union: 3 to 7 working days, depending on the destination country

Delivery times are provided for indicative purposes only and may vary due to carrier constraints or exceptional circumstances.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated automatically and clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Delivery is free for all orders of €30 or more.

Carriers

Deliveries are carried out by Colissimo or an equivalent carrier selected via Shopify, depending on the destination and logistical availability.

Order Tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer receives a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing them to follow the delivery of their parcel online.

Responsibility and Delivery Issues

Ayurdoré cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs controls (where applicable), or circumstances beyond its control.

In the event of an abnormal delay, loss, or damage during delivery, the customer is invited to contact Ayurdoré as soon as possible so that an appropriate solution can be proposed.

Transfer of Risk

In accordance with applicable consumer law, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the order.
