Delivery destinations

Ayurdoré SAS is established in France. We deliver in France and the European countries served: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden, as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Other configured destinations include Canada, the United States, Réunion and the French Southern Territories. Final availability depends on the active market, products ordered and delivery address. Destinations and services offered at checkout apply.

Preparation and delivery times

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Any estimates shown at checkout are indicative and may be affected by transport or customs checks.

Delivery charges

Charges are displayed before payment. In mainland France, Mondial Relay pickup-point delivery is free from €39 when the eligible option is offered at checkout. Home, express and international delivery are charged according to the available options.

Tracking and delivery issues

A tracking email is sent when your order is dispatched. For questions, unusual delays, loss or damage, contact bonjour@ayurdore.com. Risk transfers when the order is delivered to the customer, in accordance with applicable law.
