General Conditions of Sale General Conditions of Sale These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all transactions carried out via the website www.ayurdoré.com operated by the self-employed company Thukral Rinshikha, hereinafter referred to as “Ayurdoré”. Any order placed on the website implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. 1. Purpose The General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Ayurdoré to consumers residing in France. 2. Products and availability Our products are described and presented with the greatest care. Photos are provided for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product (variation in colors or packaging). Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, while stocks last. 3. Price Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs are calculated separately and specified before order confirmation. Ayurdoré reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the rates in effect at the time of the order. 4. Order The order is considered firm and final upon validation by the buyer and after receipt of full payment. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer. 5. Payment Payment is made by credit card via Shopify Payments (SSL secure). No credit card number is kept by Ayurdoré. 6. Delivery Delivery area: France only. Indicative delivery times: 2 to 4 working days. Any delays due to the Post Office or the carrier cannot engage the responsibility of Ayurdoré. 7. Right of withdrawal In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw, without giving a reason. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. 8. Returns and Refunds Products must be returned unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging. Reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the products. 9. Legal guarantees Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code) Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code) 10. Liability and force majeure Ayurdoré cannot be held responsible for delays or non-performance resulting from force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.). 11. Applicable law These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Nanterre.
