Ayurdoré aims to ensure customer satisfaction while complying with applicable consumer protection laws.
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
Pursuant to Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food products that have been opened after delivery, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
Consequently, any opened, unsealed, used, or damaged food product cannot be returned or refunded, except in the event of a proven defect or non-conformity.
To be eligible for a return under the legal right of withdrawal, products must be:
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The customer is advised to include proof of purchase with the return.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Ayurdoré of their decision within the 14-day period by email at hello@ayurdore.com, clearly expressing their intention to withdraw.
Ayurdoré will then communicate the return instructions.
After receipt and verification of the returned products, Ayurdoré will issue a refund within a maximum period of 14 days.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
