Ashwagandha and moringa are rich in iron, amino acids, and antioxidants, which strengthen hair follicles, reduce hair loss, and promote growth. The addition of coconut oil deeply nourishes and moisturizes the scalp.

2 g (½ tsp) of moringa powder

2 g (½ tsp) of ashwagandha powder

30 g (2 tablespoons) of lukewarm coconut oil

A few drops of rosemary essential oil (optional)
- Mix the powders with warm coconut oil to form a smooth paste.
- Massage the scalp and hair lengths.
- Leave on for 30 to 45 minutes (or overnight with a shower cap).
- Wash with a mild shampoo. Use once a week.
- Strengthens hair from root to tip
- Reduces dandruff and scalp inflammation
- Stimulates hair growth and prevents premature graying.
