This warm morning drink clears mental fog, improves concentration and supports adrenal function – ideal for restless minds or those recovering from burnout.

240 ml (1 cup) of lukewarm water

2 g (½ tsp) of ashwagandha powder

2 g (½ tsp) of moringa powder

5 g (1 tsp) of coconut oil or MCT oil

15 ml (juice of half a lemon) of lemon juice

A pinch (0.3 g) of cayenne pepper or black pepper

Optional: 5 g (1 tsp) of raw honey
- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Mix for 10 to 15 seconds until a foam forms.
