240 ml (1 cup) of oat milk

2 g (½ tsp) of moringa powder

2 g (½ tsp) of ashwagandha powder

0.5 g (¼ tsp) nutmeg

5 g (1 tsp) of honey

5 g (1 teaspoon) of ghee or coconut oil

A pinch (0.3 g) of black pepper
- Gently warm the oat milk.
