2 g (½ tsp) of moringa powder

2 g (½ tsp) of ashwagandha powder (optional)

30 ml (juice of 1 lemon) lemon juice

5 g (1 tsp) of raw honey (optional)

A pinch (0.3 g) of black pepper

30 ml (2 tablespoons) of lukewarm water
- Extract the juice or grate the ginger.
- Mix with lemon juice, moringa, ashwagandha, honey, black pepper and water.
